Subscription Policy

How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and is charged before each shipment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Manage your subscription

You can pause, skip, change your delivery frequency/quantity, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel anytime from your customer account (look for “Manage My Subscriptions”) or from the link in your subscription confirmation emails.

Cut-off timing

Changes or cancellations made before the next charge will apply to that upcoming delivery. If an order has already been charged and begun processing, it may ship; in that case, please use our returns process below.


Returns & refunds for subscription orders

Our Unconditional 100% Satisfaction — 30 Days policy applies to subscription orders too, with the following conditions:

  • Contiguous U.S.: We provide a free pre-paid return label.

  • Outside the contiguous U.S.: Customers cover return shipping.

  • 🚫 Consumables not returnable: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or consumable items, including gum base, yeast, bubble gum kits, root beer kits, or any other edible/perishable products.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

If your subscription order contains eligible items and you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.


Payment issues & stock availability

If a payment fails, we’ll automatically retry. If retries fail, the subscription may be cancelled—you can re-activate it anytime after updating your payment method. If an item is temporarily out of stock at your renewal date, we’ll skip that delivery and notify you.
