Unconditional 100% Satisfaction — 30 Days

We want you to love everything from Hungry Robot. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

  • Contiguous U.S.: We provide a free pre-paid return label.

  • Outside the contiguous U.S.: Customers cover return shipping.


How to start a return

Email yeti@hungryrobot.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return label (if eligible). Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Condition of items

Please return items in the condition received and pack securely. If something arrived damaged or we made an error, contact us immediately so we can fix it.


🚫 Items not eligible for return

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or consumable items, including:

  • Gum base

  • Yeast

  • Bubble gum kits

  • Root beer kits

  • Any other edible or perishable products

We also do not accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your purchase and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and email you a confirmation. Banks and card issuers may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at yeti@hungryrobot.com.
